FYI: As owners and managers we have an awesome responsibility….your vacation. It has got to be as perfect as we can make it. For many people it is the biggest event of the year. On our web site we hit the highlights. It is your responsibility to narrow down your search. We hope we will end up in the top two or three. We have more information to share with you that hopefully will increase the chances on making a good choice whether you book our place or not . I don’t think anyone doubts that the more you study what rentals and their rates are available, the better your decision will be in selecting just the one that meets your vacationing needs. I certainly hope you will do that until the ‘cows come in’. There is an important by-product to this studying process and that is learning about the area. You might even find yourself making up a ‘To Do List’…..something you didn’t think you would do for your vacation. I want to help you along in the process by adding two links below, the first one will talk about Barefoot Landing in particular and the second one, North Myrtle Beach in general.
You know, of course, the saying, ‘seeing is believing’ and its cousin, ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’. VRBO allows us to display as many as 50 pictures, which we have done. The frosting on the cake is the video. This is a super way to tie in all the pictures. I’ll send you the video when you inquire. Most owners are good at writing about their place and the area. We want our pictures and video to do our talking for us. We want to give you the feeling of actually picturing yourself there.
As we all try to work our way through the Recession, it has become increasingly important to making sure you are getting the nicest place possible for the lowest price. But most important is that it meets your needs. I am confident my rates will be among the lowest you can find, but it is important you ‘keep my feet to the fire’. If you find a lower rate, just email it to me with its web link so I can make sure it is ‘an apple to apple’ comparison. I’m going to try and beat the price you find by $50.

Summer rents only by the week, Sat to Sat. Long weekend rates are available Sept, Apr & May at half the weekly rate. Sept, Apr & May prefer weeks begin any day of the week but Saturday. Just a great place to stay. Had everything we were looking for! Very clean.
Great neighbors! Great Customer Service! The Manager was very easy to speak with great response times. The amenities are great. Instructions were provided in the Unit. Very easy to follow. We had a fantastic time. From golf, to the beach/pool and the many restaurants it was everything we had hoped for.
My wife and 2 kids stayed here for 9 days and really enjoyed this condo. We had bad weather for the first few days but the condo is so big and spacious that we didn’t feel on top of each other. All the beds were very comfortable and having 3.5 baths is a big help when coming back to shower after a long day at the beach or water park. Peter was extremely helpful in his communications before our trip and everything went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend this unit if you have a family and want a nice quiet place in Barefoot Resort that is close to everything!! We will definitely rent here again on our next visit to Barefoot.
My wife and I stayed at the Havens villa. We found the villa to be quite spacious, and close to everything. It was only 5 minutes to the Outlet Mall, which made for nice evening shopping, and 5 minutes the the SR 22 by-pass which provided easy access to Broadway at the Beach. It was located in a beautifully landscaped area (reminded us of Disney), which made for a nice morning or evening stroll. All in all, a very nice place, and we would definitely rent this unit again.
Great spot! Very spacious! Great location! Clean and Peter and Vince are excellent to deal with.
KS bed downstairs was very comfortable! Kitchen had most things needed but good size frying pan and salad bowls would be nice. ( I will bring next year though) Other than those couple of things townhouse was very well stocked in kitchen.

This place was perfect for our family of six. The kids had room to spread out, loved having a TV in their room and really enjoyed the feeling of being in a “home” for vacation. it was a place you enjoyed coming back to after a long day out in the sun and activities. We will definitely rent here again. And kudo’s to Vince, he was not aware we purchased the linen package and he was over within hours to make the beds and deliver towels! Appreciated his fast response time!
My family stayed in this condo for a week of. The condo was large and clean. It was really nice having 3.5 bathrooms! The facilities at Barefoot are outstanding. The pool is great. And there is of course…. the beach! The property manger, Peter Cole, was a pleasure to deal with and my security deposit arrived within a week of checking out. I would definitely rent this unit again when we need a unit with a lot of space.
Before You Book
Saturday to Saturday only rentals in the summer. Weeks from September through May we would like to begin any day of the week but Saturday. There is no daily rate. Long weekends (3 nights) are available in September, April and May at half the weekly rate (no long weekend rate Oct/Mar). Monthly rate $1195 ($144 tax) in Nov-Mar. ($995 per month with 3 month rental and no tax) Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years add $200 to the rate. Other Holidays or over 6 people adds $100. Cleaning fee $75. Bring your own linen/towels or rent ours for $75*.
There is a Refundable Security Deposit of $200. 12% Sales Tax (State, City and County) on rental figure only. Half of the rental rate is due when you mail in your signed Rental Contract (it is emailed to you in text form). The balance is due 30 days before your visit. You can cancel at any time for a full refund less a $75 fee. We must be able to re-rent your week in order to get the refund. Cancellation insurance is available upon request.
